Woods' breaks his promise to never miss another one of his daughter's birthdays... by skipping out on her third birthday! LOSER

Tiger Woods is still an asshole and he's doing everything he possibly can to make sure all of his loved ones are aware of that.  His most recent stunt to prove this case wasn't a slew of mistresses or a Florida prostitute that he allegedly had a kid with, but was skipping out on his daughter Sam's third birthday after promising her that he'd never miss one again!

Tiger was in playing in the US Open in Pebble Beach, CA during her birthday and although it was speculated that he would be flying her out to enjoy her big day with her dad... he failed to step up and make it happen

In a press conference Tiger had following his stint in rehab, he stated that one of his biggest regrets was missing his son's birthday.  “Because of the time frame of it, I missed my son’s first birthday and that hurts. That hurts a lot and I vowed I’d never miss another one after that,” Tiger said... and then proceeded to miss another one of his children's birthdays.

Tiger did make it down to Florida on Monday and spent the day with her then.. But it's a fair assumption to say that it was most likely too little too late.
